I had a little problem with my order and I was a bit worried at first, like... but their support got back to me quickly. It took a couple messages back and forth to get everything sorted, but in the end it was fine. I’d order again.

The color looked almost exactly like the pics, just a tiny bit darker in my room. Still happy with it tho!

I reached out to support earlier in the week and didn’t hear back as quickly as I thought I would. After waiting a bit longer than expected, they did eventually reply and helped me out. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the response time could’ve been better.

The fabric is okay, just not quite as soft as I was hoping for. It’s not scratchy or uncomfortable, but it does feel a little stiff when you first take it out. Maybe it’ll soften up after a wash or two. I mean, it’s fine for the price. Wait, actually, I was a little bummed because I expected it to feel nicer right away. Overall, not bad, just not amazing

I ordered this bow tie for a wedding it turned out nicer than I expected. The fabric feels good, the stitching is clean, and it doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy look. The color was also close to the pictures, which was a nice bonus.

The packaging was basic, and it did show up with a small crease, but that came out after I let it hang for a bit. Not a big deal at all. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy another one

I found designs I haven’t seen anywhere else and I really love them

These are really comfy to wear. compared to a lot of others I’ve tried, they feel way better and I can keep them on for hours without thinking about it

The bow itself looked really pretty, which was the main thing I cared about, but the packaging was just kind of okay. Nothing was actually broken, so that was a relief, but it didn’t feel like it had been packed with a ton of care either. For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a bit nicer overall. Not a terrible experience, just a little underwhelming.
